In a world where people are constantly struggling to balance their hectic lives and work, who has the time for grocery shopping? Thankfully, there is online grocery shopping. With just a click of the mouse, you can have everything you need delivered to your doorstep. According to market research firm IBISWorld, online grocery shopping is estimated to grow about 9.5 percent every year and it is expected to become a $9.4 billion industry by 2017. The emergence of mobile apps is also fueling the growth of the online grocery shopping. Peapod, a long-established online grocery delivery service company in the US, says about a third of their orders are made through a mobile device.
