當時，琳賽說車不是她開的。然而，新證據和其他駕駛的證詞指出，她很可能就是駕駛。若此事為真，琳賽將被判2011年假釋違例並面臨起訴。

意外發生當下，琳賽毫髮無傷，但她的保時捷卻全毀。

Lindsay Lohan is certainly familiar with the law, and may be on her way back for some frequent-flyer jail time.

In June of this year, Lindsay was involved in a car crash involving her Porsche and a trailer on the Pacific Coast Highway.

At the time, Lindsay said she was not driving. New evidence, and testimony of the other driver, however, suggest she may have been. If this is true, Lindsay will be found in violation of her 2011 parole and face prosecution.

At the time of the accident, Lindsay was not harmed, but her Porsche was totaled.

Lindsay has continued to be in the spotlight for her reckless behavior and run-ins with police involving crimes such as shoplifting and drug charges.
