"上銀執行長有高度期望"

上銀科技公司宣佈他們的計畫，打算於接下來這一年使公司和子公司營收加倍，達到十億美金。上銀科技公司製造機械工具，使用於機械製造、自動化和工業機器人，像是滾珠螺桿和線性滑軌。

上銀科技公司也擁有大銀微系統大約14%的股份，也預計會見到營收從去年的160億台幣翻一倍，因為工廠自動化機器的需求增加。

董事長暨執行長的卓永財表示：「我們離達成目標不遠了。」這間以大台中地區為總部的公司將會因為台星的自由貿易協定而獲益，利用新加坡分公司作為打進東協市場的手段。卓永財也表示了他想投資120億台幣在中國蘇州的研究和物流中心的意圖，也提了最快會在五月之前去德國奧芬堡做類似的投資。

在台灣，上銀計畫招募1000名到1500名新員工來達到需求，那對員工來說是好消息，因為上銀公司打算支付相當於3.5到6個月薪水的年終獎金。

(Business) Hiwin CEO Has High Hopes

Hiwin Technologies Corp. announced plans to double revenue of the company and its subsidiaries to US$1 billion over the course of the upcoming year. Hiwin Technologies Corp. makes machine tools, which are in turn used in the manufacturing and automation of machines and industrial robotics, such as ballscrews and linear guideways.

Hiwin Technologies Corp. owns an approximate 14 percent share in Hiwin Mikrosystems shares as well, which are also expected to see revenue double from NT$1.6 billion a year ago as a result of improved demand for factory automation machines.

Chairman and CEO Eric Chou stated, It will not take long for us to reach the target. The Greater Taichung-based company will benefit from the free trade agreement between Taiwan and Singapore, using the Singaporean branch as a means to the ASEAN market. Chou also stated his intention to invest NT$1.2 billion in a research and logistics center in Suzhou, China, as well as a similar operation in Offenburg, Germany, by May at the earliest.

In Taiwan, Hiwin plans to recruit between 1,000 and 1,500 new employees to meet demand, which is good news for employees as the company plans to pay the equivalent of between 3.5 and 6 months salary in year-end bonuses.
