教育部宣佈了非學校型態實驗教育的新辦法，以保障學生的受教權。

實驗教育一年內有兩次申請機會，分別為5月31號和11月30號。從2011開始，申請此方案的人數年年增加，今年超過兩千人申請。

階段辦理非學校型態實驗教育辦法設立了一些準則規範。舉例來說，申請此方案的機構或組織一個班級的學生不能超過25個，總體來說不能超過125名學生。至於團體的規範，必須有三名以上的學生，至多不能超過30名。學生和教師比例不得高於十比一。

教育部表示：「對此計畫的興趣增加顯示了越來越多學生和家長選擇此方案而不是傳統教育機構。」並補充說他們會「持續保護並保證計畫中學生的權益」。

(Education) New Experimental School Regulations Announced By Ministry

The Ministry of Education (MOE) has announced new regulations on experimental education outside of established educational facilities in a bid to ensure students right to education.

Experimental education can be applied for twice a year, on May 31st and Nov. 30th. Since 2011, the number of applicants applying for the program has risen annually, with applications totaling more than 2,000 this year.

There are guidelines established by the Measures on Incremental Stages of Implementing Experimental Educational Methods. For example, for facilities or organizations applying for the program, one class may not exceed 25 students and the total may not exceed 125 students. As for groups, there must be no less than three students and no more than 30 students. Student to teacher ratios should also not exceed 10 to 1.

The MOE stated that, the increase in interest in the program shows that an increasing number of students and parents are choosing the program over traditional educational facilities, and added that they would, continue to protect and guarantee the rights of students in the program.
