(Travel) What to Do When Your Flight is Cancelled

Having your plans disrupted by a cancelled or delayed flight is unarguably one of the worst nightmares travelers can experience. Though, there are some things you can do to get around the problem. The most important thing is to remain calm and look at your options before speaking to anyone. If you are at the airport, talk to the airline personnel. But if there is already a long queue, try the clubs and lounges for youll have a much higher chance of getting rebooked. Alternatively, call your airline and travel agency. Check with them to see if there are any other available flights that you can get on. While speaking to the staff, you should have your personal details and flight information ready. Remember to be polite so that the staff will be more willing to help you find a solution. Once a new arrangement has been made for you, you should reschedule your plans and notify all those who will be affected by your plan change.
