"國有企業表現良好"

政府控管的企業利潤都增加了。

中國經濟正面臨一堆挑戰，有些企業正處於困境，但報告顯示國有企業（SOEs）還是持續強勁成長。財政部上週發佈月報，揭露國有企業從一月到五月的利潤為8841億元（1433.4億美元）。此數據代表，比起2012年前五個月增長了百分之6.5。

在同一時期，國有企業的營收共有17兆8800億元，比起去年同期上升百分之10.4。數據也顯示，企業資產也漲到84兆3100億元。根據財政部所言，國有企業在能源、電子和建築業獲得的營收成長得特別快，而運輸、非鐵金屬、煤炭和化工企業則據報相較之下成長緩慢。

數據分析也顯示，中央政府控管的企業表現得比地方政府營業的企業來得好很多。國家國有企業的利潤上升百分之13.8達到6619億6千萬元，而地方政府國有企業的利潤則降了百分之10.6到了2221億4千萬元。

(Local) State-Owned Enterprises Perform Well

Firms controlled by the government have seen their profits increase.

Chinas economy is facing a number of challenges, and some businesses are struggling, but reports show that state-owned enterprises (SOEs) are still growing strongly. The Ministry of Finance released its monthly report last week and revealed that SOEs made profits of 884.1 billion yuan (US$143.34 billion) from January through May. That figure represents a 6.5% from increase on the first five months of 2012.

Over the same time period, SOEs collected 17.88 trillion yuan in revenues, a 10.4% year-on-year rise. Figures also show that the firms assets have swelled to 84.31 trillion yuan. According to the finance ministry, SOEs connected to the power, electronics, and construction fields grew particularly quickly, while transportation, non-ferrous metal, coal, and chemical enterprises reported relatively slower growth.

A breakdown of figures also shows that enterprises controlled by the central government performed much better than those run by local government. The profits of national government SOEs rose 13.8% to 661.96 billion yuan, while profits for local government SOEs fell 10.6% to 222.14 billion yuan.
