金氏世界紀錄大全又更新了一筆資料：Ena Pugh與Lily Millward為世界上現存最老的一對雙胞胎，她們的年紀已達102歲。自她們出生日1910年1月4日開始，這兩名英籍女性共度每一次的生日，甚至連住院期間也不例外（Lily在聖誕節前夕因跌跤而被送進醫院，但是在她們的特別日子當天，Ena不辭辛勞地前去探望她。）

(Life) World's Oldest Twins Celebrate Their 102nd Birthday

The Guinness Book Of World records has placed another notch beside Ena Pugh and Lily Millward as the world's oldest set of surviving twins, who have reached the age of 102.Since the day they were born, January 4, 1910, the two British women have spent each birthday together, even through hospital stays (Lily had fallen just before Christmas and was in the hospital, but Ena made a special effort to see her on their special day.)

Being born before World War I, Ena and Lily have seen an incredible historic timeline unfold before their eyes over the years. From a humble life growing up on a farm, the twins have seen both World Wars, numerous political landmarks, the Space Race and Moon landing, all the way to the technological future we have today.Even with all the modern amenities available to them, however, the two women are still content to live simply, without even central heating, and find joy in their weekly shopping trips and conversations over afternoon tea.

So, what is the women's secret to such a long life? Lots of laughter, enjoyment of others' company (especially their twin's!) and just enjoying what comes to you every day. And keep in touch with those you love- staying close and communicating gives you the spirit to keep going.
