記者邵雨亭桃園報導 桃園市長張善政今（29）日上午主持市政會議時表示，為提升婦女生育意願、兼顧職場發展與自我實現、保障女性選擇權，市府將針對設籍桃園市之30至40歲女性，提供人工生殖凍卵及保存費用補助，共補助凍卵第1年營養金1萬元、第2年保存費6千元、第3年保存費6千元，最高上限為2萬2千元，終身可申請一次，預計於今（112）年4月中旬開始受理申請，並可追溯至112年1月之凍卵療程。 張市長指出，依據統計資料，預估本市符合資格並申請補助的女性約為400人，年度所需經費約1千萬元。 衛生局長劉宜廉表示，內政部資料顯示，台灣初婚及生育第1胎的年齡逐年增加，初婚年齡從民國95年平均27歲、逐年增加至110年30歲，第1胎生育年齡從民國70年平均23歲，逐年增加至110年31歲；因年齡增長會影響生育功能，藉由凍卵計畫，可提供目前無配偶，但未來有結婚及生育規劃，或因疾病治療影響生育規劃之個案，未來也能有生兒育女的機會。 劉局長說明，市府經召開專家諮詢會議後，提出凍卵營養金及保存費補助計畫，預計於112年4月中旬開始受理申請，並可追溯至112年1月之凍卵療程；符合資格的市民，可於桃園市9家衛福部核可之人工生殖機構進行療程，並由機構代為申請補助，經衛生局審核後，補助經費將撥款至民眾帳戶。(圖 示意圖) 一一一以下空白一一一Pexels.com<\/a>","created_timestamp":"0","copyright":"","focal_length":"0","iso":"0","shutter_speed":"0","title":"client in a beauty salon","orientation":"0"}" data-image-title="pexels-photo-3997379" data-image-description="" data-image-caption="
