神秘轟隆聲！全球64起案例專家查不出原因

自14日起不斷有民眾表示，聽到或錄到了神祕的巨大聲響，目前全球已傳出64起案例，對此，專家則指出，「目前尚無明確答案，只能假設一些可能性。」

美國NWS（國家氣象局，National Weather Service）位於英國伯明罕（Birmingham）的分部發佈了一則推文，「我們的雷達和衛星沒有偵測到任何大型火災或煙霧；根據USGS的資料顯示，當時並沒有發生地震。因此我們無法給出準確的答案，只能給你們一些可能性較高的假設。第一，超音速飛機造成的音爆，第二，可能是有隕石爆炸，因為近日有獅子座流星雨。」

美國USGS（地質調查所）表示，當時確實沒有發生地震，而音頻的分析結果也顯示了，這個聲響與地震並沒有直接性的關聯，目前不清楚聲音來源從何而來。美國NASA（國家航空暨太空總署）的星球專家庫克（Bill Cooke）向ABC（美國廣播公司）指出，超音速客機（SST）的音爆、超大隕石爆裂或者地面上發生爆炸，都可能是聲音的來源，但他認為這與獅子座流星雨無關。

這個神秘的轟隆聲被稱做「Bama Boom」，發生在全球64處，包括美國密西根州（Michigan）、愛達荷州（Idaho）、澳洲凱恩斯（Cairns）、阿拉巴馬州（Alabama）以及英國斯溫西（Swansea）、聖艾夫斯（St.Ives）等地，發生的頻率更是不斷攀升。
