這部紀錄片已經成了台灣紀錄片史上進帳最豐的一部。

《看見台灣》最近超越了《不老騎士》，拿下了眾片垂涎的寶座──台灣史上進帳最多的紀錄片。根據牽猴子整合行銷指出，《看見台灣》開演十天內就創下了3500萬新台幣的新票房紀錄。單日進帳最高是在11月9日，全國上下賺了660萬新台幣入袋。

《看見台灣》吸引人的主因之一是此片從空中捕捉了台灣的秀麗風景。這部紀錄片花費齊柏林導演三年以上的時間拍攝，提供觀眾少有的鳥瞰角度來一窺這島嶼的自然之美，由山到海無所不包。同時，此部片也傳達了一個強烈的訊息──環保的重要。

(Entertainment) Beyond Beauty Takes Top Spot

The documentary has become the highest grossing Taiwanese documentary.

Beyond Beauty: Taiwan From Above has recently surpassed Go Grandriders to claim the coveted spot as the highest grossing documentary in Taiwans history. According to distributor Activator Marketing Co, Beyond Beauty hit a new box-office record of over NT$35 million within just 10 days of its opening. The biggest single-day gross for the film was on Nov. 9, when it raked in NT$6.6 million nationwide.

One of the main allures of Beyond Beauty is that it captures the beauty of Taiwans scenery from the air. The documentary, which took director Chi Po-lin more than three years to make, offers the audience rare birds eye glimpses into the natural beauty of the island, ranging from mountains to oceans. At the same time, it also conveys a strong message about the importance of environmental protection.

Beyond Beauty is now being screened in 51 cinemas across Taiwan. Having received many positive reviews from celebrities as well as prominent figures, it is definitely a film that you do not want to miss!
