"法務部長說要求通聯紀錄違法"

法務部長羅瑩雪表示說立法院必須取得中華民國檢察總長黃世銘的同意，才能調閱他的通聯紀錄。

羅瑩雪表示隸屬立法院司法及法制委員會的小組不能調閱紀錄，因為通聯紀錄在性質上是隱私，而通信紀錄是個人資產。根據羅瑩雪的說法：「（此要求）牽涉到黃世銘的權利、憲法以及個資法，所以我不會進一步發表意見。如果黃世銘同意，我想此要求就是合法。」

此立法院小組是建立來調查監聽爭議事件，並尋求關於黃世銘到訪總統府馬英九總統住處報告關說指控的資訊，此指控涉及了立法院院長王金平和民進黨黨鞭柯建銘。

民進黨立委相信如果這紀錄指出黃世銘和馬英九在8月31日之前就談過，在野黨可能就能證明馬、黃和江宜樺一直在對大眾說謊。黃和馬兩位都表示他們8月31日是第一次見面討論王金平的不當作為。

目前黃世銘表示他不同意提供通聯紀錄。

(Politics) Minister of Justice Says Demanding Telephone Records Illegal

Minister of Justice Lo Ying-shay has stated that the Legislative Yuan needs Prosecutor General Huang-Shih-mings consent before obtaining his telephone records.

Lo stated that the task force under the Legislative Yuans Judiciary and Organic Laws and Statutes Committee cannot obtain the records because the telephone records are private in nature and a telephone record is a personal asset. According to Los statement, The request involves Huangs rights, the Constitution and the personal Information Protection Act, so I will not comment further. If Huang agrees, I think the request would then be legal.

The Legislative Yuans task force was established to investigate a wiretapping controversy and seeks information regarding when Huang visited the Presidential Office and President Ma Ying-jeous residence to report on lobbying allegations involving Legislative Speaker Wang Jin-pyng and Democratic Progressive Party caucus whip Ker Chien-ming.

DPP lawmakers believe that if the records indicate that Huang and Ma spoke prior to Aug. 31, the opposition may be able to prove Ma, Huang and Premier Jiang Yi-huah have been lying to the public. Both Huang and Ma have stated that they met for the first time to discuss Wangs misconduct on Aug 31st.

Currently, Huang has stated that he will not agree to provide records of his calls.
