"台灣麵包店捲入廣告不實醜聞"

台灣一間著名麵包店由於其自身的寡廉鮮恥行為而名聲大大受損。

胖達人吹噓其麵包品質優良、以純天然原料製成、無添加調味香精，現在因不實廣告而遭猛烈抨擊。這間企業最近被一名香港消費者踢爆說其烘焙產品加了香料。雖然這些香精並非不合法，但它們的確為人工而非天然，意味著該企業稱其麵包是由全天然原料製成的廣告有欺騙大眾之嫌。

事件發生之後，台北市長郝龍斌視此案為詐欺案，台北市政府衛生局已經向胖達人課了18萬新台幣的罰金。也要求法務部蒐證胖達人的不實廣告以將此案呈至檢調單位。

同時，胖達人為其使用人工調味香料說道歉，並說他們已經將波及到的產品下架。它也承諾會退款並且調整其產品，同時也確保產品含有的所有原料都標示清楚。

(Business) Taiwanese Bakery Embroiled in False Advertising Scandal

The reputation of a distinguished bakery in Taiwan has taken a hit due to its unscrupulous practices.

Top Pot Bakery, boasted of high quality bread made with sheer natural ingredients and zero flavoring essences, is being slammed for its false advertisement. The company was recently revealed by a Hong Kong customer to be adding essences to its baked goods. Although these essences are not illegal, they are indeed artificial and not natural, meaning the companys advertisement that its bread is made from all-natural ingredients is deceptive.

Since the incident, which Taipei Mayor Hau Lung-pin regarded as a case of fraud, the Taipei City Department of Health has issued a fine of NT$180,000 to the company. The Department of Legal Affairs has also been requested to collect evidence of the companys false advertisement in order to bring the case to prosecutors.

In the meantime, Top Pot has apologized for its use of artificial flavoring and said it has removed affected products from its shelves. It has also promised to accept refunds and make adjustments to its products, while ensuring all of the ingredients contained in its products are clearly labeled.
