"YouBike租借站數量破百"

這些黃色腳踏車已經席捲了台北，到了甚至連市政府都覺得不敢相信的地步。

過去這一年，YouBike租借站增加的數量，已經讓這些大眾腳踏車爆紅。它們相對而言很便宜，前半小時免費、而且之後每30分鐘只需10塊新台幣這點，以及租借站設於離捷運和公車站很近這點也讓它們吸引了短程通勤的人。

推出YouBike後，總共設立了103站、有3,456輛腳踏車可用。根據台北市交通局所說，這個系統使用量已超過六百萬次。台北市長郝龍斌說他希望租借站的數量將能在年底達到162個。

這個腳踏車分享的系統於2009年引進，用來鼓勵人們使用環保的交通工具。它也將目標鎖定在幫助居民和觀光客以放鬆且令人感到愉快的方式來遊歷整個城市，並能欣賞台北市的大街小巷之美。

(Life) Number of YouBike Stations Exceeds 100

The yellow bikes have taken Taipei by storm to the degree that even the citys government finds hard to believe.

Over the past year, the increasing number of YouBike stations has enabled these public bikes to rise vastly in popularity. The fact that they are relatively cheap, with the first half an hour free of charge and only NT$10 for every 30 minutes thereafter, and the stations are located near metro and bus stops also make them appealing to short-distance commuters.

Since the launch of YouBike, a total of 103 stations have been set up with 3,456 bikes available. According to Taipei Citys Department of Transportation, the system has been used over 6 million times. Mayor of Taipei City Hau Lung-pin says he hopes the number of stations will reach 162 by the end of the year.

The bike-sharing system was introduced in 2009 to encourage the use of environmentally-friendly transport. It also aims to help residents and tourists travel through the city in a relaxing and cheerful manner and appreciate the beauty of the streets and alleys of Taipei.
