"金里奇：學生沒有學習典範"

紐特金里奇認為現今的孩子非常懶惰。他已經因為發表窮人的孩子沒有職業道德，應該給他們清潔工作這樣的言論而引起了不少爭論。

他也表示，大專或大學學費很貴，但是學生被寵壞了都不用功。他們有奢華的宿舍可以睡，在他們的餐廳只吃最好的食物。他說學生每學期上的課程似乎越來越少，但是卻花更長的時間完成學業。金里奇說，這些都是因為他們從父母身上得到多餘的金錢。

紐特金里奇建議學生應該要越快完成學業越好。他同時表示，他們應該借越少錢越好，並且在念書的時候找一份兼職的工作。但是有人發現金里奇的妻子幫他付學費，他還是學生的時候也不想工作。他經常打電話給爸爸和繼母要求金錢支助。紐特金里奇並未回覆對此發表評論的要求。

(Education)Gingrich: No Role Models for Students

Newt Gingrich thinks that todays children are very lazy. He has generated a lot of arguments by saying that poor children have no work ethics and should all be given cleaning jobs.

He also says that college or university is expensive but the students are being spoilt and are not working. They have luxurious dormitories to sleep in and eat only the best food in their dining halls. He says that students seem to have fewer classes each semester but it takes longer for them to complete the courses. Gingrich says the reason for this is all the extra money that they have from their parents.

Newt Gingrichs advice to students is that they finish their courses as quickly as possible. He also says that they should borrow as little money as possible and try to get a part time job while studying. It has however been found out that Gingrichs wife paid for his studies and that he did not want to get a job when he was a student. He often called up his father and stepmother for financial help. Newt Gingrich has not responded to a request for comment.
