"美國青年攀登破紀錄"

他已經爬上每一洲大陸的最高峰。

一位美國青年剛剛破了一項世界紀錄：攀登世界最高的山。喬丹羅梅洛現在已經攀登過每一洲的最高峰。他在12月24日登上南極洲第一高峰文森馬希夫。當時他年僅15歲，所以他成為攀登每一座高山最年經的人。

先前的紀錄保持人是一位英國的16歲青年喬治阿特金森。他在今年五月完成這項挑戰。喬丹和他的父親彼特一起爬山。他在文森馬希夫山頂錄下一段訊息說，「傳奇的一天。山神讓我們登上文森山。」

令人驚奇的是，喬丹在年僅十歲的時候就登上非洲的第一高峰吉力馬札羅山。然後在13歲登上聖母峰。喬丹的母親並沒有隨隊登山，她說她會在他們從文森馬希夫山平安下來之後再一起慶祝。

He has climbed the highest mountains in every continent.

An American teenager has just broken a world record by climbing the worlds tallest mountains. Jordan Romero has now climbed the biggest mountain in every continent. He got to the top of Vinson Massif in Antarctica on December 24. He was only 15 at the time, so he became the youngest person to climb each of the mountains.

The previous record holder was a British 16-year-old called George Atkinson. He completed the challenge in May this year. Jordan was climbing with his father, Pete. He recorded a message on top of Vinson Massif, saying: Legendary day. The mountain gods let us climb on top of Mt Vinson.

Amazingly, Jordan climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africas tallest mountain, when he was only 10. He then climbed Everest at the age of 13. Jordans mother was not climbing with the team, and she said they would celebrate after safely making their way down Vinson Massif.
