"大陸取消手機預付卡有效期"

大陸近期正在重整電信相關價格，中國移動已宣布明年起將取消「預存話費設有效期」的條款，在大陸求學或經商的人們將會因此方便不少。

過去大陸網友就經常抱怨，為什麼手機儲值卡一到期，之前存進去的錢就沒了。 而目前大陸市面上的「有效期」分兩種，第一是充值卡的有效期，卡內現金必須在某一時間內被充入號碼內，否則失效；另一種則為預存話費有效期，消費者把話費充入號碼後，必須在時間內消費完畢，若金額沒消費完，就無法撥出，需要再次加值才能啟動餘額。

大陸電信營運商這種做法一直被用戶詬病，很多消費者為了保住號碼，必須不斷加值，對於偶爾出差的民眾來說，更是傷腦筋。

China has been restructuring telecom-related prices. China Mobile announced that they will abolish the regulation on Expiration Dates for Prepaid Telephone Charges next year, which will be more convenient for people who do business or study in China.

In the past, Mainland Chinese Netizens always complained that all the money in their prepaid phone card would disappear once the prepaid phone card expired. There are two types of Expiration Dates in the market in China. The first is the expiration date for the prepaid card, where money needs to be added to the number within a certain time or it will expire. The other is the expiration date for the prepaid funds. If consumers add money to the number, they must use it by a certain date. If the funds are not used up, they cannot dial out and must add more money to activate the remaining balance.

Users have always criticized over this method of Chinas telecom business'. Many consumers had to keep adding money in order to keep their numbers, which is annoying for people who only go on business trips on occasion.
