記者許永傳台北報導
行政院表示，配合《國家通訊傳播委員會組織法》第16條修正條文於今（113）年12月1日施行，現行通傳會組織法第4條有關原任委員任期屆滿得予延任之規定即停止適用，翁柏宗副主任委員將無法延任並繼續代理主任委員職務。
行政院已依該會組織法第5條有關正、副主任委員均出缺時由院長指定委員1人代理主任委員之規定，指定該會現任委員陳崇樹自今年12月1日起先行代理主任委員職務。（圖、表 新傳處提供）
