在正式版音樂錄影帶中，凱蒂精心喬裝成生日派對必備的娛樂藝人，親自到五個真實的生日派對上惡搞，成為史上最瞎爆的娛樂表演者。除了扮演馴獸師生吞道具假老鼠嚇哭一堆小孩子、化男妝成兩光主持人大秀「落漆」beat box、製造假車禍的小丑及在小女孩臉上亂塗亂抹之外，凱蒂更化老妝，扮成祖母級脫衣舞孃。最後揭曉真實身份後，老先生開心地與凱蒂佩芮跳舞、她甚至坐在他大腿上、轉圈，讓凱蒂直說〈生日快樂〉是她最瘋狂的音樂錄影帶！

凱蒂佩芮除了將持續為新單曲〈生日快樂〉宣傳之外，也將從5月7日到年底舉行「超炫光世界巡迴演唱會」，跑遍英國、美國、加拿大、澳洲等國家。亞洲場次則暫訂在明年春天。

(Entertainment) Katy Perry Pranks 90-Year-Olds Birthday Party

Katy Perry has never been shy when it comes to making a fool of herself and performing outrageous acts in her music videos. Not to be outdone by her last single Dark Horse in which she dressed up as Cleopatra, she has managed to take her wackiness to the next level in her latest music video Birthday.

In the official music video for Birthday, Perry elaborately disguises as birthday party entertainers and crashes five real-life birthday parties by pulling pranks on people to become the worlds worst birthday entertainer. Apart from pretending to be an animal trainer and swallowing a live rat, which is in fact a prop, leaving children in tears, disguising as a lousy male host and proudly delivering an awful beat box performance, dressing up as a clown and creating a fake car accident, and smearing paint all over little girls faces, Perry also transforms herself into an elderly stripper. When her identity was revealed at the end, the old man and Perry dance happily with each other and Perry even sits on his lap, spinning in circles. All the madness led Perry to call the music video her craziest one yet!

Besides promoting her latest single Birthday, Perry will be kicking off her Prismatic World Tour on May 7th and will be touring countries including Britain, the US, Canada and Australia until the end of the year. As for countries in Asia, she is scheduled to make her visit next spring.
