"性侵學生讓警衛得坐上十年牢"

一名高雄的高中警衛因性侵一名學生最近被判十年的刑期，他胡謅誘騙她說她有「厄運纏身」，而他能夠幫助她改運。

該名魏姓男子有前科，之前曾因強制性交、竊盜搶奪而入獄服刑，學校的行政機關都說不知道他有這些紀錄。高雄教育局表示雇用魏姓男子的保全公司違反了法律，因犯下性犯罪或其他嚴重罪行的人依法禁止在學校工作，而該保全公司表示他們不曉得他的背景。

魏姓男子向該名學生說他能夠作法幫她改運。據報魏男將被害人帶至樓頂，關閉電梯系統，在舉行「淨化儀式」後進而性侵女學生。之後魏男給了她避孕藥並且威脅她不准洩漏此事。

被害人作證說她當時很害怕，因為魏男使用了刀子，但她決定在受害後出面並通報警方。

(Local) Students Rape Costs Security Guard Ten Years

A Greater Kaohsiung senior high school security guard was recently sentenced to ten years for raping a student after luring her with tales of her bad fortune and how he could help her change her luck.

The man, surnamed Wei, is an ex-convict who previously served time for sexual assault, robbery and burglary, all of which were said to be unknown by the school administration. The Greater Kaohsiungs Education Bureau stated that the security company who hired Wei broke the law, as people convicted of sex crimes and other serious offenses are barred from working at schools, while the security company stated that they did not know of his background.

The student was told by Wei that he could perform rituals in order to change her bad luck. Wei reportedly took the victim to a rooftop area, disabled the elevator system, and then raped her after performing a cleansing ritual. She was then given contraceptive pills and threatened to keep the incident secret.

The victim testified she was afraid at the time of the incident because Wei used a knife, but had decided to come forward after her attack and notified police.
