"年輕人的失業率略微上升"

15到24歲之間年輕人上個月的失業率為12.89%。這個數據從一月略微上升了一些（增加了0.2%）。根據最近政府的數據，20到24歲的失業率為全國平均的3倍，落在13.38%。

主計總處（DGBAS）也表示擁有大學或是碩博士學歷的失業率上升了0.13%。數據為5.03%，這比全國平均的4.09%還高。

主計總處預測這個月失業率會下降，並說：「根據過去的經驗，農曆年後失業率通常會上升」，不過接續幾個月就會改善，前提是經濟要穩定。

根據主計總處去年11月發布的報告指出，全國超過70%的勞工每月薪水低於四萬元，超過60%的30歲以下勞工去年五月之後每月帶回家的薪水少於三萬新台幣。20到24歲的平均月薪是所有族群中最低的，只有24269元新台幣。

(Business) Youth Unemployment Rate Sees Slight Increase

Youth unemployment rates for those aged 15-24 was 12.89 percent last month. This figure is up slightly from January (a 0.2 percentage point increase). According to recent government data, the jobless rate for 20-24 year olds is also three times higher than the national average, at 13.38 percent.

The Directorate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics (DGBAS), also stated that the unemployment rate for people with a university or post-graduate degree rose 0.13 percent. At 5.03 percent, this is higher than the national average of 4.09 percent.

The DGBAS predicted a decline in the jobless rate this month, stating Based on historical experience, the jobless rate usually rises after the Lunar New Year holiday but then improves in the following months provided the economy is stable.

More than 70% of employees nationwide earned less than NT$40,000 a month according to a DGBAS report issued in November of last year, with more than 60% of workers under the age of 30 taking home less than NT$30,000 as of May last year. The average monthly wage for those aged 20-24 was the lowest among all groups at NT$24,269.
