"林書豪力爭上游"

儘管林書豪被交易的傳言不斷，但他還是用實力證明自己的價值。自哈登前兩星期因手指受傷短暫休息，由林書豪代理先發後，他就不斷地以高命中率與大量的助攻及籃板數，協助火箭取得二連勝。最近在主場面對騎士，他再從板凳出發，但他上場不到三十分鐘，就拿下生涯第一次的大三元，也創下火箭二十六年來的新紀錄！

林書豪先前由於背傷與腳傷，跳過許多場比賽，歸隊後他的表現起起伏伏，也讓他上場的時間再次被壓縮。不過一月底林代替受傷的哈登上場先發後，他頓時成為火箭贏球的關鍵角色。不但球隊的導球流暢，隊友得分也十分平均，先後擊敗了西區勁旅馬刺與小牛隊。

這個球季林書豪不被教練團信任，選擇防守較佳的貝佛利代替林先發。不過他仍把握每一次出場的機會。雖然可預期火箭隊在往後，仍將打造以哈登與霍華德為首的球隊，但對林而言，只要好好把握每次上場機會，相信未來終將有屬於他的舞台。

(Sport) Jeremy Lin Strives to Better Performance

Although rumors over Jeremy Lin being traded have been circulating non-stop, he has managed to prove his worth. Ever since James Harden took a break due to his finger injury two weeks ago, Lin has been taking his place in the starting line-up. With his high shooting average and impressive number of assists and rebounds, he has helped the Houston Rockets to win two games in a row. Recently in the home game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Lin came off the bench and recorded his first ever career triple-double within less than 30 minutes of play, becoming the first person on the team to do so in 26 years.

Lin had previously missed several games owing to his back and leg injuries and his performance since his return has been rather unstable, resulting in a further cut in his playing time. Nevertheless, ever since Lin replaced Harden in the starting line-up at the end of January, he has quickly emerged as a key player in the teams victory. Not only has the teams offense been running more smoothly, the points scored were also spread more evenly among the team members, allowing the Rockets to beat competitive West Conference teams San Antonio Spurs and Dallas Mavericks.

On account of the coaches lack of trust in Lin, Lins place in the starting line-up this season has been replaced by Patrick Beverly, who is better on defense. In spite of this, Lin still makes the most of every opportunity to play. Although it is likely that the Rockets will still be inclined towards a team led by Harden and Dwight Howard in the future, Lin believes that as long as he seizes every opportunity to play, his moment to shine will eventually come.
