"台灣的共同基金跌至年度低點"

台灣共同基金自上個月下滑4.3%後，現已跌到今年最低點。

美聯儲的市場衝擊導致市場價值下滑，而最近一項針對此衝擊的報告指出：「對美聯儲量化寬鬆政策立場感到不確定和新興經濟體貨幣波動削弱了貨幣基金的匯率。」因此股票、貨幣、指數型基金和其他基金產品的銷售量，上個月總計新台幣1.9兆，跌了4.3%。

指數型基金跌了94.1億新台幣（10.53%），固定收益產品跌了24.4億新台幣（0.89%）。投資人也砍了4.17%的境內債券持股和4.78%的境外債券部位。

但股票型基金看來表現好上許多。股票型基金上一季漲了76.1億新台幣，爬升了2.16%。此提升可歸功於歐洲和中國的股份，根據摩根資產管理的經理劉玲君所說。此趨勢讓股票基金成為主流投資工具，因政治和財政政策導致美國陷入困境。

Taiwans mutual funds have reached their lowest level this year after a 4.3 percent decrease last month.

The US Federal Reserves market impact has led to a loss in market value, and a recent report on their impact stated, Uncertainty over the Feds policy stance on quantitative easing and currency volatility in emerging economies dampened interest in currency funds. As a result, sales of stock, currency, index and other fund products, which totaled NT$1.9 trillion last month, fell 4.3 percent.

Index funds dropped NT$9.41 billion (10.53 %) and fixed income products dropped NT$2.44 billion (0.89 %). Investors also cut 4.17% of onshore bond holdings and 4.78% of offshore bond positions.

Stock funds, however, seem to be doing much better. They rose by NT$7.61 billion (1.46%) and climbed 2.16 percent last quarter. The rise can be attributed to European and Chinese shares, according to JPMorgan manager Liu Ling-chun. This trend is making stock funds a mainstream investment tool as political and fiscal policies cause the US to struggle.
