"魔球再現"

你有看過《魔球》這部電影嗎？這部在2011年由布萊德彼特主演的電影，轟動了當時的影壇。電影裡描述2002年美國大聯盟西區的奧克蘭運動家隊，球隊的總經理如何在經費短少的情況下，靠著統計學打進當年的季後賽。

當年的運動家隊創下二十連勝的歷史紀錄之後，在2003、2006、2012都曾勇奪西區分組冠軍，但很可惜都未曾拿過美國聯盟冠軍的門票。尤其遊騎兵隊近幾年戰力十分堅強，一度將運動家隊打入谷底。但今年運動家隊重現魔球的威力，表現實在太優異了，外界都非常看好他們能夠擠進本季的美聯冠軍賽。

美國大聯盟的本季賽事即將進入尾聲，尤其是外卡的競爭十分激烈，喜歡棒球運動的球迷，可千萬不要錯過這最後一星期的比賽喔！

(Sport) The Moneyball Magic Returns

Have you seen the movie Moneyball?Starring Brad Pitt, the movie was a big hit when it was released in 2011.Set in 2002, the story centers around the Oakland Athletics Baseball Team, a member of the Western Division of Major League Baseballs American League (AL), and how its general manager manages to use statistics and the limited funds they have to lead the team into the postseason.

At the time, the Oakland Athletics set an AL record of winning 20 consecutive games and went on to win the AL West title in 2003, 2006 and 2012. Unfortunately, though, they have never qualified for the World Series. The consistently strong performance delivered by the Texas Rangers in recent years even pushed the Athletics to the bottom of the standings at one point.Nevertheless, the team has recreated Moneyball magic this year. Their outstanding performance has led many to be hopeful of their chances to advance to the World Series this season.

With the Major League Baseball season coming to an end and fierce competition in the Wild-Card game, baseball fans are urged to tune in to the last week of this seasons games!
