「加班」是上班族一定會遇到的事情，再遇上沒有加班費，就成了上班族最為經典的悲慘世界，苦惱啊～今天上班族學習專欄就針對加班(overtime)來為辛酸的上班族做英文復習吧。(別哭~看下去)

今晚你要加班嗎？

Are you working overtime tonight

今晚你要工作到很晚嗎？

Are you working late tonight

有加班費嗎？

Are you getting overtime

我們沒有加班費。

We don’t get paid for overtime.

我總是在加班。

I always work overtime.

這個月我加了很多班。

I’ve worked a great deal of overtime this month.

用法：

「overtime」是「加班，超時」的固定用法，可以做名詞表示「加班，加班時間」，如：「get paid for overtime」(得到加班費)；也可作副詞表示「在加班時間內，超時地」，如：「working overtime」(加班工作)。

加班還可以表達為「work extra hours」或者「put in some overtime」。

：

我…不能加班。

I can’t work overtime this afternoon. I’ve already had plans.

(我今天下午另有計劃，不能加班。)

我可以…，因為我…加班。

I can take two days off, because I was working overtime last weekend.

(我可以補休兩天，因為我上週末加班。)
