桃園市區(桃園火車站)沿台1省道直接連結至臺北捷運迴龍站。

桃園捷運棕線綜合規劃經交通部於112年12月29日函報行政院,經行政院於今(3/1)日核定,本計畫路線由桃園市區(桃園火車站)沿台1省道直接連結至臺北捷運迴龍站,本計畫總經費456.49億元,中央負擔238.42億元,桃園市政府負擔218.07億元。

交通部指出,預估將可紓解現況城際通勤交通擁擠之狀況,未來與機場捷運、捷運三鶯線延伸八德及臺鐵等軌道運輸,分別服務桃園市往來臺北都會區內不同區域之旅運需求,同時配合行政院TPASS政策推動,將帶動捷運沿線朝向大眾運輸導向發展。


本計畫總經費456.49億元,中央負擔238.42億元,桃園市政府負擔218.07億元。行政院已核示經費分擔原則,本計畫經費較可行性研究經費增加260.9億元,其中輕軌系統改為中運量系統增加81.21億元、部分高架路段改地下化增加111.78億元及物價調整增加67.91億元,原則同意納入中央與地方共同分攤。


本計畫後續辦理事項,包括本路線地下化工程採潛盾工法興建,由於國內潛盾廠商之量能,請桃園市政府應注意營造相關市場之胃納量,避免類似工程案件同時提出導致招標案流標之狀況;另桃園市境內刻正進行或規劃中之軌道建設眾多,請桃園市政府應妥善規劃分配各年度所需經費,並足額編列預算,以確保工程如期如質推動。

桃園市政府應積極培養本路線公共運輸運量,俾利捷運通車營運;至於2端點站分別將銜接桃園綠線捷運、臺鐵桃園站及臺北捷運迴龍站等處,其相關轉乘設施及導引標誌,請桃園市政府應妥善規劃安排,以確保轉乘明確性及便利性。(圖 示意圖)
