有關民眾於Facebook臉書張貼內容略以「我是12號接近晚上去吃欣豐冰店，我兒子的料只有粉圓和愛玉，…，都吐血了，都是血！…」乙案，本局於112年7月19日獲悉此案並多家媒體詢問，隨即主動致電該位民眾，對其自述之吐血症狀表達關心，並希望主動協助安排就醫，通話過程了解到該位民眾係於112年7月13日中午12時前往醫院急診就醫，經症狀治療後症狀緩解，並經醫師同意後予以出院返家休息，並開立相關止吐藥、止瀉藥等症狀治療物帶回家中繼續休養。
