記者陳玉柱台北報導 行政院發言人林子倫今（5）日表示，針對外界詢問關於明年（2024）公務人員退休給付是否調整一事，政府將依「公務人員退休資遣撫卹法」第67條規定，視各法定要件成立情形，依相關制度及程序進行討論與處理。 林子倫表示，行政院日前已與考試院就此項議題進行溝通聯繫，將預先於明年度預算編列中因應準備，以確保軍公教退休人員或遺族相關之權利。未來各法定要件若確認成立，調整後給付金額亦會於明（2024）年1月1日起開始實施，請社會各界放心。(示意圖) 一一一以下空白一一
