【阿富汗變天】伊斯蘭酋長國8/19立國，但街頭確槍聲不斷

塔利班宣布「阿富汗伊斯蘭酋長國」（Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan）於8/19正式立國，並且8/19為國定假日。

這項訊息是由塔利班發言人穆賈希德（Zabiullah Mujahid）在推特上宣布，他並強調，伊斯蘭酋長國希望與所有國家建立更好的外交和貿易關係，而不會鎖國斷絕對外貿易。

塔利班在承諾於阿富汗組建一個和平的政權後，《德國之聲》報導指出，塔利班是在8/18先會見了阿富汗前總統卡爾扎伊(Hamid Karzai) 和前首席執行官阿卜杜拉(Abdullah Abdullah)尋求組建政府。

塔利班領導人阿洪扎達（Haibatullah Akhundzada）同時下令，釋放當地政治犯，並且要求各省省長必須不受任何限製或條件地釋放。

但阿富汗當地的新聞記者AishaTaIks和Masih Alinejad卻拍到在阿富汗街頭上，不斷傳來塔利班開槍聲和恐嚇畫面。
