"在派對上結交更多朋友"

許多人一想到要參加派對就很興奮。但是我們也有些疑慮。「要是我不認識任何人怎麼辦？」「我應該和誰說話？」「我要如何接近某人？」「我要怎麼樣才不會覺得無聊？」還好，在派對上認識新的人相當簡單，因為其他的參加者也期待做同樣的事情。自在地獨自前往將使你建立自信，並且使你不會整晚只跟緊著一位朋友。徘徊在點心桌旁也是另一個能夠聊天的辦法，因為大部分的賓客總會往那邊去一會，而食物是很容易聊天的話題。還有其他能準備的嗎？開心、好玩並且迷人的故事使你的新朋友愛不釋手！

對話範例：

(派對愛好者) Kelly和Nick是派對的賓客。Kelly看到Nick獨自一人佇立，決定過去和他說話。來聽聽看他們的對話吧。

Kelly：嗨，你好。我看到你一個人站在這裡。要人陪伴嗎？

Nick：是，我需要，謝謝你！我很抱歉，但是我這邊誰都不認識。

Kelly：嗯，每個人似乎都非常友善。而且派對的目的就是要認識人，對吧？沒理由害羞。

Nick：我想也是。只是似乎每個人都是和朋友來的。我在附近的公園認識主辦者。我們都在那邊遛狗。

Kelly：喔，真的？你養了什麼狗？

Nick：他是隻德國牧羊犬。他滿老了；十歲大。但他仍喜歡去外面到處跑。

Kelly：那很好啊！來吧，我跟你介紹給我的一些朋友，他們在點心桌那邊。

Nick：喔，太好了。我們走吧！

(Life) Make More Friends At Parties

Many of us are excited at the thought of attending a party. But we also have some apprehension.What if I dont know anybody?Who will I talk to?How can I approach someone?How do I keep from getting bored?Luckily, meeting new people at a party is fairly easy, since the other attendees are also expecting to do the same thing. Being comfortable going by yourself will help you build confidence, and keeps you from holding on to one friend all night. Lingering at the snack table is another way to get conversations going, as most of the guests will drop by there at some point, and food is an easy topic to discuss. And another thing to have prepared?Fun, interesting, and engaging stories to keep your new friends hooked!

Dialogue Example:

(Party People) Kelly and Nick are guests at a party. Kelly sees Nick standing by himself and decides to talk to him. Lets listen to their conversation.

Kelly: Hi, there. I see youre standing here all alone. Could you use some company.

Nick: Yes, I could, thanks! Im sorry, but I just dont know anybody here.

Kelly: Well, everyone seems very friendly. And the point of a party is to meet people, right? Theres no reason to be shy.

Nick: I guess so. It just seems like everyone is here with friends. I just know the host from the park nearby. We both walk our dogs there.

Kelly: Oh, really? What kind of dog do you have

Nick: Hes a German Shepherd. Hes pretty old; 10 years. But he still likes to run around outside.

Kelly: Thats great! Here, let me introduce you to some of my friends over by the snack table.

Nick: Ok, great. Lets go!
