兩名法國戰地記者2日在馬利遇害身亡，讓世界再度思考衝突區新聞人員的安危；
他們冒著生命安危深入危險地帶、將第一手資訊傳播給外界，
有時卻成為遭蓄意攻擊的目標，而罪犯卻未能受到國際法制裁。
造成這些風險的，除國際間缺乏持續推動改革的力量，媒體也有責任要扛。
來自馬利安全部隊的多位消息人士8日表示，至少9位涉嫌在馬利北部綁架並謀殺兩位法國記者的武裝分子，已被派駐馬利的法國軍方偵訊並移交馬利當局。
其中一位在馬利國防部工作的消息人士指出，疑似犯人作案時駕駛的車輛，目前也已指認出所有者。
11月2日，兩位《法國國際廣播電台》的記者維隆和杜邦在馬利北部奇達鎮遭綁架並殺害。他們的遺體在歹徒駕駛車輛附近被發現。
一位《撒哈拉媒體》記者表示，伊斯蘭北非蓋達組織一名區域高階指揮官阿爾塔谷伊的發言人，6日透過衛星電話致電該媒體並以阿拉伯語宣讀一份聲明，稱這次謀殺法國記者案件是由該組織所為。
茅利塔尼亞新聞網站《撒哈拉媒體》經常收到馬利伊斯蘭武裝分子的聲明。
聲明指出，總統歐蘭德和法國人民要為軍事介入馬利付出代價，而這次謀殺只是其中的一小部分而已。法國今年軍事介入馬利，打算驅逐占據該國一半土地的伊斯蘭武裝分子。
目前，法國、非洲及聯合國維和人員協同當地部隊，合力在馬利執行維安任務。
今年1月，法國在收到伊斯蘭武裝分子威脅將侵犯馬利首都巴馬科後，便出兵清剿該國北部的伊斯蘭武裝分子。法國稱這次軍事介入相當成功。
然而，馬利其他地區一些零星的武裝分子仍相當活躍，沙漠城市奇達鎮就是其中之一。奇達鎮是圖阿雷格族分離主義反抗軍的大本營，法國現在也打算加強駐紮於此的軍力。
記者遭謀殺的事件過後，法國外交部長法畢斯於巴黎表示，法國從馬利撤軍的日程不會延後。他們預計於明年2月，將部隊人員從3,200人減至1千人。（路透）

At least nine militants with suspected links to the abduction（1） and killing of two French journalists in northern Mali have been questioned by French forces in the country and handed over to Malian authorities, Mali security sources said on Friday.
The owner of a vehicle believed to have been used by the assailants has also been identified, said one of the sources, who works in Mali's defense ministry.
Claude Verlon and Ghislaine Dupont, both journalists at RFI radio, were kidnapped and killed in the northern town of Kidal on November 2. Their bodies were recovered near the vehicle used by the abductors.
A Sahara Medias reporter said a spokesman for Abdelkrim al-Targui, a senior regional commander（2） for al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), had called by satellite phone to read a communique（3） in Arabic on Wednesday, saying that the militant group was responsible for the killing of the French journalists.
Sahara Medias is often sent statements by Islamist militants in Mali.
The communique said the killing was only a small part of the price French President Francois Hollande and his people would have to pay for this year's military intervention（4）, which drove out Islamist militants who had seized half the country.
France now shares security duties in Mali with African and U.N. peacekeepers and local troops.
France led a military campaign in January to clear Islamist militants from the north of the country after they threatened to invade the capital Bamako, an intervention that France described as largely successful.
Yet pockets of militants remain active in parts of the country including the desert city of Kidal, a stronghold（5） of Tuareg separatist rebels where France now plans to increase its military presence.
Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said after the killings that Paris would not delay a planned reduction of its troop presence from 3,200 to 1,000 scheduled for February.Reuters
