"包含台灣在內的九國傾銷鋼材"

美國國際貿易委員會（USITC）說九個國家已經違反了鋼材的反傾銷規範。美國國際貿易委員會發布了一個初步的裁定，說是九國油氣鋼管的製造商──台灣、南韓、印度、沙烏地阿拉伯、土耳其、菲律賓、越南、泰國和烏克蘭──產品售價都太過低廉。

根據美國國際貿易委員會所說，這些國家的公司所生產的石油工業用管（OCTG）已經傷害到了美國的產業。美國商務部計畫調查此事，並將在12月9號前針對反傾銷稅發出聲明。

報導指出：「去年台灣的石油用管出口到美國總計8981萬美金，比2010年的4316萬美金高，也比2011年的8075萬美金高。」

五家台灣鋼材製造商已經被列在報導中，其中有中鴻鋼鐵、高興昌和天聲。五間台灣企業捍衛了他們的營運方式，說限制石油用管出口到美國的數量意味著他們的出口不太可能會傷害到美國市場。

(Business) 9 Countries, Including Taiwan, Found To Be Dumping Steel

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) stated that nine countries have violated anti-dumping rules in regards to steel. USITC issued a preliminary ruling that pipemakers in nine countries V Taiwan, South Korea, India, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand and the Ukraine V all sold products at unfairly low prices.

According to the USITC, companies in those countries production of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) have harmed the US industry. The US Department of Commerce plans to investigate this matter and issue a statement by December 9th regarding anti-dumping tariffs.

Reports indicate, Taiwans OCTG exports to the US totaled US$89.81 million last year, up from US$43.16 million in 2010, and US$80.75 million in 2011.

Five Taiwanese steel makers have been listed in the report, among which were Chung Hung Steel Corp., Kao Hsing Chang Iron and Steel Co., and Tension Steel Industries Co. The five Taiwanese companies have defended their practices, stating that limits to the volume of OCTG exports to the US mean their exports were unlikely to harm the US market.
