"中國西部婦女接受家政服務培訓課程"

中華全國婦女聯合會宣布將和北京快樂家家政服務有限公司合作，一年至少訓練4,000名婦女成為家庭幫傭。該聯合會的華鎣歷奇中心將帶領貧困婦女走出中國西部農村地區，並免費培訓她們。

該中心主管惲鵬舉表示，訓練課程將幫助這些婦女在中國的大城市裡找到工作。官方估計光是北京就需要約100萬名的家庭幫傭，但現在北京只有40萬名幫傭，其中部分還訓練不足。

訓練中國西部的婦女不僅可以幫助她們找到工作來維持家計，還能有助於彌補北京家庭幫傭的短缺情形。北京快樂家家政服務有限公司的執行長鄭嶽（音譯）談及此訓練計畫，表示「整體而言，我們提供24種訓練課程，上課時間維持三到六個月，而課程內容是依照市場需求所定。」他補充道：「藉著家政服務的品質訓練來提升勤奮的中國婦女所擁有的技能，而我們可以提供優質的服務來幫助本地的貧困家庭。」

The scheme should help people in big cities get the home help they need.

The All China Womens Federation announced that it will work with Beijing Happy Family Domestic Services Co. to train at least 4,000 women a year to be domestic helpers. The federations Huaying Adventure Center will take poor women from rural areas in western China and train them free of charge.

Yun Pengju, the centers manager, says the lessons will help the women find work in the countrys big cities. Official figures that around one million domestic helpers are needed in Beijing alone, but there are only 400,000 workers in the city, and some of them are poorly trained.

Training women from western China would not only help them find work to support their families, but will also help cover the shortage of domestic workers in Beijing. Zheng Yue, the CEO at Beijing Happy Family Domestic Services Co. said of the training schemes that altogether, we offer 24 kinds of training, which last three to six months, which are set according to market demands. He added: By improving the hard-working Chinese womens skills via quality training in domestic services, we can help provide needy families here with an excellent service.
